i checked his feedback and he only has your bad feedback in the last 12 months,

did you try geting your money back thru ebay?

ao - 2012-04-28 07:04

We really need more evidence before we can be expected to acknowledge your advice.  What makes you think he's a scammer?

retrodos - 2012-04-28 08:07

Sorry really can't see it. As this seller been on eBay since 06, they done 100's in transactions, just in the end to try to scam you out of $25 bucks? If he actually did scam you, then he a idiot!! But just hard to believe. Now if negative feedbacks from other people start popping up, then we will know.

deliverance - 2012-04-28 08:11

all this does not add up .

Shane

Stop blowing your short fuse, 015lane is a standup person and can be trusted 1000%. If you had an issue with him, you know, that I know him and I would have contacted him on your behalf to try and help. I will stand up and say that I recommended you could buy from him with confidence and I still stand by this statement

I know a lot of people that have purchased from 015lane with no issues, the one person I know who purchased and had an issue had it sorted by 015lane, this is fact. He has also helped many collectors in the past get great boxes, inside and outside of AU.

By the way, is there any need for 3 threads on the same topic?

ao - 2012-04-28 08:33

I suspect Shane isn't giving us the full details.  I suspect also that something went missing in the post and of course this is 100% the fault of the seller, how could we possibly blame the postman.  I suspect also that in his anger Shane is throwing all the mud he can find.  I also suspect that we won't be hearing from Shane again.

Shane?

deliverance - 2012-04-28 08:39

tshorba - 2012-04-28 08:40

to all buyers!!

i was just warning people about him, saying only ever pay via paypall!!

i didnt pay via paypall stupid me, because he asked to do a bank deposit

and i got scamed, first he sends the wrong radio with no return address

so i had no clue who it came from?  after finding out it was from him it took a week for him to give me his return address,i sent the radio of less of value back to him.at my cost

then i asked for a refund less his postage cost,he would not respond to me at all.

so i leave him bad feedback and he responds back the same day.

so i payed for a radio and never got it, nothing was lost in the post.

i know this is my fault for not paying with paypall.

just letting people know he may do this to u, if u pay into his bank account.

and dont keep the prof, because their was no record the money came from me

u might not get the radio u pay for.

he might not rip u if u use paypall,he does have good feedback to.

just to be safe only use paypall though.

Let us know what he comes back with.  It would be good to put this one to bed with a happy resolve.  If you don't get a reply then maybe we should listen to Shane.

It would help if you described how many days went by, between each of these events.  How long after you returned the radio did you ask for a refund?  And then how long did you wait for a response to that request, before leaving negative feedback?

he had the radio a week, with no response,i asked him for a refund again no response

while i had other people ask about his items he had listed and he would get back to them the same day. i weighted another week no response, so i left the bad feedback.

thats all i can do and warn others he could do this to you, unless you pay with paypall.

ao - 2012-04-30 05:50

Despite numerous requests we still haven't received the story from the sellers perspective.  Which leads me to conclude that maybe Shane does have a genuine reason to issue a caution against this seller.

let's give this a few days.

docp - 2012-04-30 07:27

Correct me if I am wrong....but even if you use your 'own' account at a bank to transfer funds or issue a check there is proof of this in your bank statement...but if you have directly deposited money into someone's account...that's the worst you could do...unless you've retained the counterfoil...?

I always get slightly riled up with 'complaint' threads...hopefully everyone who makes a purchase is a legal consenting adult ...sometimes the 'zeal for a good deal ends up in things being unreal'

A buyer is expected to file a complaint with ebay/paypal within 45 days...in the rare circumstances that I've needed to discipline a bad seller..I'd always wait till the 40th day
