Sony WM-DD9

notaris - 2009-09-23 06:13

Hi all!

If someone has a Sony DD9 for sale at a reasonable price, not that crazy almost $286 it was recently sold on ebay, I would be most interested in.

Sony DD9 is a good unit, but it does not worth $300.

Many to all.

if you check alot of the bids they are from low feedback buyers. it is the blind leading the blind. probably a fair price would be 90.00-125.00 us dollars. we had a little discussion about the late model panasonics which praises the sound quality a few days ago. the wm-d6c has decreased a bit in price and is very available. nobody knocks the sound quality of that player & recorder.

Yes! Sonys are way overpriced. Even the best of panasonics don't reach the price of even the cheaper and widely available Sonys. Also, you have to be aware of the false bidders. I am still new to ebay but when you see an item showing up a couple of times after it has been "sold" for a rather high price, stay away from it! I bid on a Sony EX7 (I love that one) and lost at 186 Euros! That is 300$. It was sold for 300Euros and then i saw it again. Couple of days ago I saw it for 222Euros for Buy it Now. Stay away from those sellers.

BTW, I have a new Panny! The SX75!!! It is working perfectly, has everything and even the original packing! It is the same one I had when I was younger and which got stolen by an obviously a mean person. But now I have it again and it is everything I remember - great sound, incredibly fast rewind time (a 4 nibute song in 4.5 seconds) and very stylish. In my opinion, the last best Panasonic made. Your SX35 is a little brother of this one. The difference in price was a big one though.

Had that happen to me Bidded on a Sony EX-5 and bidded up to $200 that all I was going to pay for it, and lost it due to he false bidded or had someone jack up the price, saw the same unit again, idiot didn't change anything, this time I use a couple of Ebay sniper proxy server to bid and won it at the same price I lost it at. Put a reserve if you don't want to let it go cheap or start it at a price you are willing to let it go for. Did the same thing to a highend panasonic won it for $9 dollar.

Ebay bids for you automatically for your maximum bid the problem is eBay auctions are often lost in the last few seconds of the auction because the majority of people wait until the last seconds to place their bids, and you can start bid wars, then price will shootup and you will no longer win the item cheap, some people just do this, just to get more money for there item or just to jackup the price, like the zero feedback users.

With Sniper Service
1.Automatically places your bids on eBay at the last moment.
2.Entirely automatic - your computer doesn't have to be on.
3.Group bidding: first successful snipe cancels all the others.
4.You can schedule up to 10 snipes at the same time.
