Sony WM-D3

Hello all. I've just seen a sony WM-D3 walkman for sale on a chinese website. Its in mint condition with its box also mint. It works out at about 250 euro. Is this a good price for this type of player. It is a high end machine, and the box must add to its value. Cheers!

It pretty highend it like the D6 I have one, it's a pretty good recorder does 30mw-30mw on headphone stage also have dolby b noise reduction for recording and playback. It the one on the left of the picture.

On one sidenote DON'T BUY IT OFF ANY CHINESE WEBSITE, they don't test the stuff and a good chance it will come broken or they sold it at there shop, and this one is known for "BROKEN CENTER GEAR", so be carefull.

Agree totally with Dr. be wary as these models most always have the dreaded Click cracked center gear. If gear not cracked the price is certainly on the High end even boxed but not unreasonable if ALL accessory's there including owner manual/headphones. Just depends on how bad you want it that is what real value is and of course ability to afford it. Luck to you and Happy Holiday

Thanks. To be honest i will not be buying it. Aiwa is my brand of choice. I just love them. I remember going into the virgin megastore when i was a kid and seeing one in a box on display. 300 pound it was. It was cool. Worlds most advanced cassette tuner was wrote on the box. I'm hooked ever since. Anyway. Happy Christmas to all!
