Some cool finds

Seems like the big ones are coming out of the woodwork but these seem to be really cool...
Toshiba KT-R2 Stereo Cassette Recorder with headphones, this one is in great condition, probably had a case at one time, too bad it doesn't have the rare red am tuner, but it does have the built-in mics....
Infinity Intimate, nearly mint, looks like it was in it's case all it's life, came with the optional FM tuner, forgot to check the back of the store for the headphones..
Panasonic RX-1950 AM-FM Stereo Cassette Recorder. This one has a few small scratches but was protected by it's case for the most part. This one is neat with it's antenna. Unfortunately it doesn't have the microphone.

All three great finds and collectable especially the Infinity being the FIRST walkman with Dolby B. The giant KT-R2 a great machine and having both the R1 and R2 can say that listening to the FM on this it has the best spatial separation and stereo sound of all the earlier FM module walkmans and better than most any walkman FM sound wise that I have heard any year. I was lucky enough to buy a father son auction they each had the R1 and R2 and came with the nearly extinct and ultra rare red Am tuner module new in box.
The Panny is a nice unit although the mechanism inside was not one of their better ones as many early Panny's suffer from mechanical difficulties. The antenna makes reception much better than most walkmans that use the headphones as the antenna. Keep up the great collecting of the growing more rare early model walkmans... my god we REALLY DID walk around with them on our belts or over shoulder....
