It's crazy how many new parts they have for this model. if you get one that isn't working you can get a hole new printed circuit board for like less then 10 dollars. they have the belt for 3 dollars. says they have a screws for 77 cents each. I wonder if its the back case screws or the screw for on the bottom of the door.

I was checking this out earlier today and now here's a new link to there - partsstore -  with a different search - Kewl.

Kinda makes me want to figure out how to steady my hands for the really REALLY intricate work of repairing these since i have so many of them that mostly just need a belt...

The belt is a easy repair and it's cheap. part number 3-315-405-00 on the wm 10 remove the two center screws in the bottom of tape door pull down and it comes off.  Unscrew center of volume knob. remove back 4 screws. Make sure not to lose any small parts. The two switches. dolby nr and tape metal or normal. take photos if your worried about how things go back together. slip belt on and your good to go. someone on youtube has a video of one part with the belt on it. This shows you how the belt goes. http://youtu.be/vFnrsDmIsxo The belt he installed looks to thick. it looks like he bent up the metal belt sheild to make it fit. If you use the right part number of belt you dont have to do that.

I found it easyer to switch both switches the same way that way when you got to put it back together it's easyer to aline the two switches.  I should of made a youtube video of putting it back together. If I get my hands on another one of these I will make a video of replacing the belt and a video of taking it apart and all. Since the one I have is up for sale on ebay I am not going to mess with it.
