Does anyone ever log on here,then Get a "New Pm" flashing,when you click on it theres nothing there,i keep getting them,slightly annoying !! i tried clearing my cookies and forms,history,the lot,but it still happens..

Make sure there are no unread PM's anywhere, that includes "old" PM's that you have not responded to or clicked into.

Took me a while to figure that out back in the day.

Anything that is unread, get's flagged as a new PM

i have had that happen to me on a few occasions too G,MAN like KITTMASTER says any unread pm,s will flag up, but i have had the same thing even when i have got no unread pm,s, strrrrrrange

If that is still the case, then use the "logout" link in the top right, it will write the cookie correctly to update status. Just using an app or deleting the cookie does not solve the problem since this forum app needs to write the data to the cookie as being signed off. Then it will ultimately fix that problem too.

Or so I've seen from the past.
