10 miles may sound alot Fp but its only to work and back each day (hard going at 4.30am in the crappy UK weather though)

I use to race mountain bikes, I did cross-country. So I use to get in at least 250 miles a week. 150 miles of those was riding 150 miles back and forth to work. I rode 3 days a week to work doing just over 50 miles so just over 25 miles each way.

But now I work in London and no longer race, so I try to get a quick hour in when I get home in the evening. Good exercise, beats going to the gym.

Had a few weekends at Dalby forest on the North York Moors with the mountain bikes its a great day out but hard work when your used to the flat road.I try and get a decent ride most days but Im thinking of a turbo trainer or rollers now winter is upon us
