sorry ed but it was actully iras red extention cord that he left at the beach, left plugged in and ended up in the waters causing the big drainage to the power grids
I thought Ira was simply trying to power up his UE boxes while ignorant of the fact they would all cause massive short outs and drains on the power grid.
Actually, it seems it had something to do with rbj "borrowing" something from his neighbour... ...and how it happened to come into contact with his clothes line!
