Who can forget him in the Chrysler Cordova commercials talking about Corinthian leather? That man just oozed suave-ness (is that a word?). He was definitely a legendary actor.

Hi-This is sad about Ricardo.
My friend who had a 1976' Cordova with the fine Corinthian Leather didn't like his 360 Lean-Burn 2 barrel.
It was mustard in color so he burned it!
He got into some trouble but he said he really liked watching the fine Corinthian leather go up in smoke!! Laugh Out Loud Leaving
He did this about 15 years ago.
I just wish I could have seen this!

Well-that is sad about Ricardo-I just didn't think he was 88 already! Wow-time is going fast-to fast!
Have a great one-GB. Confused

Very sad indeed...... Frown

He lived a nice full life... Anything after 80 years old is a bonus, in my opinion.

I caught that on the news last night, another legendary star gone. I fondly recall watching those commercials because the Cordova is so similar to my surname. I, to this day, still get called either Cordova or Corona. Anyway, I've always envied his perfect balance of the heavy Spanish accent mixed with his vast vocabulary. He was always cool to listen to. Cool Cool
