Hi everyone-I still drive my 1981' Z-28 camaro but I do have a 1966' Chevrolet Caprice that still runs but needs work which I will be doing later this summer.
I like old cars-there unique.
Have a great one-GB. Smile

skippy1969 - 2009-03-26 15:46

I love old cars too. I don't have anything older right now though.
My 2006 Mustang looks oldschool. That is oldest car I have. My wife has a 2007 Dodge Caliber SXT. So I guess I have the oldest car at my house..... Laugh Out Loud Laugh Out Loud

isolator42 - 2009-03-26 17:22

OK, so it's a quater of a century old, but how many miles (or kilometres0 has it done, Nicolle?

walkgirl - 2009-03-27 03:10

250000 Cool Big Grin

isolator42 - 2009-03-27 04:46

wow, really?
Still that'll be kilometres, right? which is around 155,000 miles.
Not even close to the 441,000 kilometres (274,000 miles) on my 11 year old Ford! Smile

They're great cars, those mk2 Golfs, they just go on & on. No rust either.
We only got rid of ours because of the kiddy-count, & we still miss it's Teutonic feeling of reliability. If you're a petrol-head the VW Golf has to go down as one of the most important cars of all time.

walkgirl - 2009-03-27 10:24

jup, 250000km Cool

But I do start my car upto 25 times a day and
drive short distances between cliƫnts over rather
