Hello

I have a question, I do remember from when I
was little that I did have such a little whistle
which did make a wheeeeeeeee sound, it was a little
plastic whistle with such a spinning wheel in it,
maybe somebody does know what I mean?

Well, I am looking for such a whistle, as I want
to make it into a ringtone for on my fone and
I want it for on my computer for when a email does
arive

But I do not know how these whistles are called

I think they are Nicole. They start out slow and get louder and faster. They have the spinning disk in them like you described.
