What is the best site to do this on? I tried Tinypic but it times out.

You Tube...times out.

What are file size limits? I'm frustrated....

I know most sites are limited to about 5 minutes of low res video .
You might want to break the vid up into 4 minute segments and upload them individually??
I definately want a copy if you can throw it on a dvd for me though. LMK

I like Photobucket the best, but I don't know their Video limits.....

DVD is the next option...but I saw an 18 min. You Tube video on drum beats so I am going to edit a bit and try again.
