Its the classic Price Is Right sound effect of dispair when you didnt win the prize you were going for....come on people!!!!

I KNEW what the sound was, but that wasn't bob barker doing anything, that is the sound of bad decisions of the player........Bob Barker fcked the models, not the audience.....
