71spud - 2008-12-05 10:39

A few years ago I sold alot of my home audio equipment and bought one of these....

I would sell ALL my toys for one of these....

kid.sensation - 2008-12-05 10:43

nice machinery here..

I would not sell my boxes tough - but would sell anything other to get me a white 08 BMW M5 with an Eisenhaus/Eisenmann Meisterschaft GT exhaust-system just like the one on youtube here

And the good point is, it might be a quite affordable dream in like 40 years Laugh Out Loud

viennasound - 2008-12-05 12:44

I think i would give it cheaper! Big Grin
My favourite would be an FIAT 131 Mirafiori Sports. The regular 2 litre or pimped to over 300HP! Eek
This was a famous rallycar in the 80´s

I owned 2 of them, but the cheaper version.
The 1600TCC with ~110HP.
But the rust was faster than the car runs... Roll Eyes

jvc.floyd - 2008-12-05 12:54

YOU SHOULD SEE ME ON MY UNICYCLE...... Cool

baby.boomer - 2008-12-05 17:02

Growing up in the time of chrome, fins, and the muscle car, lately I've done a complete 180°. These days I'd give up at least one of my M-70's (and maybe a 777 or two) if I could buy this Mitsubishi "i" here in the USA...

(Well, OK, Smart is here. But I want more than that!)

henrytai - 2008-12-06 00:14

mitsubishi "i" is a much better choice~indeed~!!
looks better, 4doors~ Big Grin

Ooop! Here ya go Boomer!

baby.boomer - 2008-12-06 04:39

Yeah, I guess you can't get bigger and finnier and chromier than the '59 Caddy. Used to worship that car back in the day! Unfortunately, this is as close as my family or I ever got to owning one...

monolithic - 2008-12-06 07:03

For one of these,...

MOST DEFINITELY!!! Cool

thafuzz - 2008-12-06 07:12

That's funny Mono. I was thinking of that Countach year model too. Always wanted one since I was allowed to sit in a white colored one, a guy had at a gas station in the 80's. He saw me admiring it and said "Go ahead, sit in it". I was so giddy and smiled from ear to ear as I lifted the verticle door and sat in. The coolest dream car I could imagine. I still would take that 80's model over the new ones- even today.

monolithic - 2008-12-06 07:32

WOW, cool story and a real cool dude to let you sit in his car like that! Cool Wish I had that kind of luck! Nod Yes I can't remember ever laying eyes on one of those.

That's one of the greatest cars EVER made! I've loved 'em ever since I saw one in "The Cannonball Run". Cool

They put Lamborghini doors on everything these days! Roll Eyes I wouldn't take that car for granted tho... I bet it could smoke a good majority of cars on the road today. I like it! Cool

henrytai - 2008-12-06 11:45

i'm addicted to this car recently;
