I had a real hamster actually 2 of um. The real fluffy ones,until 1 day one of um bit the heck out of my finger never again would i try to pick um up again and the next day my son went to go pick the other up and bam got a gash in his finger too.So instead of "hamster time" it was "S.P.C.A time" for um.

I had two hamsters as a kid, one that was a great pet that I had for about 3 1/2 years and I sure missed her when she died.

The second one was a big fluffy teddy bear hamster that bit the hell out of everyone that tried to pick him up, I didn't miss him when he died.

Yup the fluffy ones are extremly agresive,i was in the same situation
