Is this junk? Somewhat quality? Let me know...

I never liked Gemini or Numark. I think Vestax are good quality mixers it depends also, there are the Pioneers for mixing with CD's. I own the Prodigy B52 mixer the signal to noise ratio is a bit low around 85 dB. I compensate that with a Behringer Ultra 31 band EQ.

I'd have to agree with Ford on that one. I have never been a fan of Gemini or Numark. Those Gemini specs don't look so hot and the ones I've played on have sounded pretty dirty.

For lower cost options, I would recommend Stanton or Behringer instead. The Behringer mixers sound pretty good. I have a Behringer permanently set up at home and a Stanton M303 I use as backup or for gigs. I like them both.

Pioneer, Vestax, Rane and Allen & Heath are the more expensive options.
