Like Facebook but better in some respects some people say, I would not know as i don’t use any social media.

Facebook I think has 3 different kinds of people on it.

1 – The ones that think they are so interesting and the whole world wants to know what they are doing or the world is remotely interested in what they have to say.

2 – The ones that have nothing interesting in their lives and wants to know what other people are up to.

3 – The ones that say hey look at what everyone is doing, my life is not so bad after all.

So only my opinion all of the above are losers.

Yes walkgirl Google knows too much after all that is what they trade in, information.

Those that think they get things of Google for nothing are sadly deluded, what you get you pay for with your own information. People are too eager to let the world know everything about themselves, me I only let the world know what I want to tell it. I like my private life.

I am happy to come here and chat with like-minded people, not interested in interacting with people I have nothing in common with on Facebook or the likes on tweeter.

I go on Facebook,but..Let me just say,i agree that there is alot of dingbats on there,but i dont go on for that,i go on because i have relations that live quite far away and we dont see eachother at all these days,so we put up pics and chat ect to stay in contact as much as possible,also..i had friends that i knew years ago,some from school and some i used to hang out with,but as we all got older we all got into relationships and had families and kids ect..so eventually lost contact all together,and some of us have only recently found eachother again after 20-25 years..so facebook does have good points..and yes i will say it again,i agree there is alot of loony's on there but i dont read it,i just blank it out,and just use it for what i need it for..

My family don't even bother with me in real life....they can carry on with there FB rubbish...I know for a fact a few of them are on there....

I created a Facebook account long ago but never really used it...I'm with you guys, I couldn't understood how people have time to interact with hundreds of "friends" and navigate through all of those communication streams.  Same with Twitter.

Google+ seems interesting because you can segregate those streams: family, friends, work, acquaintances.

Eh, this stuff is fun to experiment with when it comes out, we'll see what happens later.

if i wanna talk to someone, i either go round to see them or pick up the phone and call them.....and those people who have 1000`s of facebook friends....ill bet they have never even seen most of them.....this isnt social network....its timewasters and losers talking bullshit to fill thier uninteresting lives......i mean am i missing something or is it that i just dont get it......i mean why would someone want to tell all thier social friend that "they have just had a nice meal and now is off to bed"............loser

there is alot of sadness on facebook too,a girl i have i've known since we were kids has just died,heart attack,i'm just in shock man..its just like Wow,she only lived up the street from me..only in her early 40s..crazy..i never known until i just seen her page..

It's a very sad thing beanie but were born to eat...shit and die..Me personally i can't wait till it's all over...most of my good friends are gone...

I was at the UK Fresh Reunion yesterday, while I was enjoying the acts on stage I looked behind me to see 2 guys posting on facebook, I thought sad ass gits can’t even live for the moment. They are probably posting to friends saying guess where I am now or something equally trivial.

While posting they are missing what is happening around them, I guess they can always see what happened at the gig later second hand via facebook.
