Robin Gibb

The Bee Gees were the only band that could have topped the Beatles.

The Beatles had their White Album and the Bee Gees the Red Album.

The first lines of the first song on the Bee Gees red Album (Odessa) are haunting

Fourteenth of February , eighteen ninety nine.
The British ship Veronica was lost without a sign.
Baa baa black sheep, you haven't any wool.
Captain Richardson left himself a lonely wife in Hull.

Cherub, I lost a ship in the Baltic sea.
I'm on an iceberg running free.

Robin Gibb voice is amazing,i bought their single Massachusetts the day it came out

great song,very strange too.

DID NOT LIKE THEIR FUNK PERIOD AT ALL.

Right now it's down the shed to fine the Odessa LP.

Robin Gibb Rockin in peace.

Morning superfly, yeah cancer.
Lot of money in cancer.
There is a small school of thought, that thinks that maybe they don't wanta find a cure.

The idea that there is a cure for cancer that is being supressed is a new one on me.

I'm not denying or confirming, but consider this:

It's probably fair to say that cancer is the most prevalent in the richest countries, with the highest life expectancy (UK stats for 2010: 28.6% of all deaths were cancer related). Therefore the money to be made from treating cancer sufferers is simply enormous. I know several people whose lives have been touched by cancer & without exception every last one of them would use every penny they owned if they could be cured.

Really.

AIDS is different - many sufferers are in the poorest countries.

...just IMHO, of course

seems a bit strange to me that none of the royals get terminal cancer although i must admit i am a bit of an educated conspiracy theorist
