yep later with jools holland is a good program ,   used to love the tube , old grey whistle test .   bbc four has some interesting programs on to regarding music bands etc  .

Can't beleive it's 8 years since the greats mans passing. I remember I was playing a vintage JP cassette (1990's) to a friend two weeks before his passing.
