i turned 38 yesterday and feel really old saying it lol, i'm also wondering how many more years i can keep lugging boxes around lol
might have to get the more lighter empty type as the years roll by

Im 44. Just had shoulder surgery and tore my bicep. My doc keeps telling me i need to stop or change what I do for exercise but, I refuse to admit im getting to old to keep lifting or need to lighten it up LOL. BTW happy b day!!
