Free?!...I never said it was free, the invoice is already in the post.

Never said it was legal either!...strictly expensive and illegal.

C.A.B.  Wut's that   let us in on the letter's....

Probably two thirds of staff are volunteers and I train them for about two years before I sign them off as competent...so it's not your regular volunteering gig, its a huge commitment. We have probably 30 volunteers and a dozen paid staff in the one I run but we're only small...some are huge.

I'm lucky enough to be paid pretty well to keep this branch going but I work hard for my money as it can be very stressful and demanding. I deal with debt, benefits, housing, employment, consumer etc etc basically anything! Deal with lots of bailiffs, house repossessions, death, separation, domestic abuse and so on, this is why I love the forum as a bit of light relief!

But always happy to help someone out with a bit of advice....knowledge is power as someone wise once said
