Technics 1210 MK5Gs

New old stock is now selling for up to £3K per deck, I bought a pair in 2007 for about £450 each. We were a week away from moving house, so they ended up being unopened and went into storage, after we moved they got put under the bed in the spare room as we were having work done to the house. All my Vinyl went into the garage in waterproof crates, and cut a long story short I never got around to opening them up as we used the room I was gonna set them up in for something else. Cat has had a bit of a chew at one of the boxes but still unopened .

Good investment these

They are actually selling for £1600 a pair (max) and un-chewed by pets.

Those are MK2s not MK5Gs, still quite a few of the Mk2s around.

Here are the 5Gs

And there they will languish until a visitor from outer space pops by and has no clue what such things are worth on earth.

In the meantime I have seen 'as new' MK5's on Ebay for £450 each and I guess that's the market price.

No, the cheaper Mk5Gs are further down the page.
