Any Tonka Collectors ?

Here's my vintage 1970 Tonka 2585 Hydraulic Dump Truck I won off ebay.
Very desireable Tonka toy. You dont see many left in good shape with box. This one was barely played with, hence the condition. There are no significant dents or dings or rust. It was obviously either well-loved or significantly neglected. The 2585 also came in red. Made in U.S.A. Pressed Steel.

I don't collect or own them, but once in a while I look at them on aution sites. Like the fact they are metal. And they look nice vintage  Congrats with finding it, can imagine you are happy with it

Incredible Robb! Not too many hydraulic toys back in the 70's

Looks like it sat in an attic for 40 years!

Thanks. I bought it for roughly half of what it's worth. I guess timing is everything

I had one of these when I was a kid! Nice to see it again; great find!

The original $6.44 price tag is still on the box ! They must have used some damn good sticky glue on the price tags to last all these years without falling off!
