Sony D6C professional

The best recorder made to date. Don't know if this is a true walkman or a portable unit that uses batteries? Can't really fit this thing in your pocket, would have to have clown size pockets!! But still a very nice unit.

Yes an excellent unit, I have 2 and have to disagree about the pocket bit. I can fit it into my pocket, but have to say I have big pockets. I use the Pro for my commute to and from work, I have to say I only use it on days I’m wearing combat trousers which has huge pockets ha ha Big Grin. Technically you are correct it will not fit in a normal pocket.

very nice& good unit but not rare, because was built from 1985 untill 2003, more rare is the earlier version WM-D6, looks almost the same but doesn't have Dolby C (connections are a bit different, protectioncase is a bit different. yeah, ya have to use combat-trousers - one D6C left and one right - but don't forget to use suspenders then...

Put it this way I will not get mugged for my D6C like the iPod boys. If they try to mug me I can always hit them with it, it's like a brick cool. Cool

[[[ more rare is the earlier version WM-D6, ]]]

Rare? I thought that these WM-D6's, were commonplace.
