AIWA HS-JX30 Boxed w/accessories

This is a selection of photos of the boxed AIWA HS-JX30 that I have recently restored. It is the Japanese version of the HS-JX303 and includes an extended FM band of 76 - 108 MHz and additionally a TV Band of channels 1 - 12.

I have restored this example mechanically and electrically back to the way it was in 1989. Details can be found at index.php?board_oid=193392314111653483&content_oid=251519934117612111

It plays very well and it has a sound signature similar in quality to a JL30.

Pictures follow. Click to enlarge.

Very nice, Plop. Thanks for showing us it.

I like so much the JX30 / JX303, a very particular design, and you have it absolutely mint. Congratulations!

I see my ET-700 in the list of accessories. I just love the way aiwa packaged there cassette players. Is it missing its original case? The one I have is different.

Japanese AIWAs came in pouches not cases. The original pouch is included inside its original packing bag. See the third picture from the top.
