This one pickup on ESTY. Just installed a new belt into it, this one has a TV built into it, and use a light reflector for back lighting and then you will see the picture on the mirror and they also did what Sony did with their early WM-10 series and made the headphone jack a switch, so it cut power when headphone are not plug into headphone jack, they did this to save battery power. Transport is well built overall.

With the death of analog TV signals retrodos, does this unit have an AV input ?

On another note, I love the large notation " LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY" Little did they know that 30 years later, it would become one of the standard TV formats!

Hi Maurice,

Truly one of the most rare Walkman to own, great find.   I have this player boxed but it needs a belt.  Did you have to de solder the PCB board to change belt or is it a easy take off the back and access belt area ? Where got belt what part # or size/type?  thanks
