Also, in the past couple of years our Royal Mail together with all the major couriers Fedex/DHL & UPS have increased their shipping charges out of the UK to a crazy level. Not sure what we had to do with 9/11.

The two boxes are fairly large and heavy and I will chase around the the best rate with insurance. I will not charge anything extra to what I am charged and I cannot be fairer than that.
