what's the difference between a rs1 and rs-2?

i don't have a rs2.

have the feeling the rs-2 is the best bang for the buck, better than a 325..

does anybody has a rs2?

had rs1 and although good cans they just couldn't handle my set up one bit...far far to over priced for what they are....i sold mine for 200 quid

i love the grado sound, especially rock, jazz, house.

2 technics 12 band equ's and an aiwa xa950 amp as far as i remember jules....nothing that expensive mate....all i know is the grados used to fart and the volume was on about 2n a half...

Lol, that's why RR,  high end headphones usually need a dedicated home headphone amp and a DAC to get the most out of them. No eq either...

my sony xb1000 could handle it great retro....without eq' the grados didn't sound that good at all....i like sub bass and the grados couldn't handle it

and they couldn't handle the amp on it's own ether....they used to bounce on my head on half vol...deffo didn't need a headphone amplifier lol

Interesting, no wonder you sold them though if I was honest I'd have sold the amp and EQ's back to Cash Converters rather than the Grado's.

sell my amp nehh.....i didn't need the grado's as i have much better cans.....i don't think you lot have one inching of how low the bass is that i put through these things....imagine 18"" bass on steroids
