Hey, looking for the physical dimensions of this battery. I've read here about people using two smaller sticks paralleled together, but I'm curious if this would work: https://www.ebay.com/itm/2-pcs-7-5-...echargable&_from=R40&rt=nc&_trksid=m570.l1313 I don't even know if this player works, it has no battery at all and the external battery compartment is missing too. I'm willing to take a $8 on it, if this will fit.
What is your Aiwa walkman model??? For some Aiwa walkman you can attach a battery holder. This is a reliable way to check your walkman. There were a lot of different topics in the past about AIWA weird batteries , this one is really interesting: http://www.stereo2go.com/topic/index.php?content_oid=260950363203711769&board_oid=193392314111653418
It's an HS-PL55. I'm keeping an eye open for the battery holder, but unfortunately I don't have one yet.
You can find one on yahoo japan auction site. Be patient and you can find one. I searched for you but today it is not available. They all sell it with a walkman (which doesn't work) I don't want to disappoint you but your walkman most probably wont work. I have several of them and none of them work. As far as i remember all of my HS-PL55 have capacitor leaks and they need to be repaired. http://buyee.jp/item/yahoo/auction/b317290137 http://buyee.jp/item/yahoo/auction/o233761344 https://www.ebay.ca/itm/AIWA-Walkma...kw=HS-PL55&_from=R40&rt=nc&_trksid=m570.l1313
Thanks for the help! Bad news about that Walkman tho. I'll keep an eye open anyway. Maybe I can get lucky? Thanks for the help tho!
