Hello to all fellow walkman/cassette/boombox collectors and sellers. I was rummaging through my email and saw stereo 2 go and how it all changed as sadly can't access my old account as moved to a new set up. Any idea how to find anything with my name Coolcol links to remember what i put and chats etc Anyway i'v been busy working fairly hard in past 5 years hence but now have a bit more free time hopefully. I'm 46 years old and from London UK and in the mid 1980s was a spotty teenager and this was the height of the walkman era which i'm happily to managed to get hold of some that i had then. Fabulous days indeed. I have a small collection of various walkmans (none of the DD type) and a couple of boomboxes and tape decks too. In the next few months or probably take a whole year to gather them together and i will be de cluttering/sorting out the small collection of battered ones yet work or mint ones but don't work as you know what i mean. Look forward to try and keep in contact with chats etc Colin
Welcome back! It can be hard to find old threads, the search box in the forum reader doesn't work very well. I've found that searching the site using Google works much better or using the Wayback Machine but threads before 2007 are gone.
