    Due to the exorbitant price I never had these vintage SONY MDR-5A/MDR-7 for collection. Inadvertently, I bump into this affordable retro design headset online..
    Set-up :-
    < Distant Mountain Headset + PowerAmp Android Player + iFi Hip-DAC >

    Fully tuned, me outdoor performance testing while my wife happily doing her shopping :)

    I have seen these and fell tempted to buy them but I wish they had a version without the gold. How do they sound?
