Hi everyone, I’m looking for some help with a Technidyne Hip Pocket Stereo HPS-100. I’m currently restoring it and have already replaced the pinch rollers, but I’m stuck on the wiring. Some of the wires are disconnected, and I don’t know their original solder points. I haven’t been able to find a service manual, schematic, or clear internal photos online. If anyone has an HPS-100 or a similar rebadged version, I’m mainly looking for clear photos showing the original wiring and where the wires connect on the board. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Oh interesting, thank you! I actually looked at the Grundig BeatBoy 100 manual, but when I compared the PCB and traces to my Technidyne HPS-100, they don’t seem to match at all and all was the same was the mech. Is it possible that the Technidyne is based on a different Grundig model? I’m mainly trying to find a unit with the same PCB and wiring as mine so I can figure out where the wires originally connected.
I think there is little chance of finding the service manual for exactly this device. I don't know if there are many service manuals available for the clones. I once scanned this from paper myself. Another solution is to score the same machine and reproduce it from that way. But nowadays that is not a very easy solution. Maybe someone has one and can share a photo of the board with the wires connected?
