External Power Supply of Walkman Unicef TU-2 +/- position

    of the Unisef TU-2 walkman?

    The Walkman has the plug and nothing else...

    Nope. Open it up and Trace the wires from that plug back to the battery compartment and see which is which by measuring with batteries installed back to the plug. That's what I would do.

    But then again with a Walkman. I have never ever powered any Walkman with an AC adapter via the DC port. Never never never never never never never never never never. I've always used batteries.
    Allow me to clarify, The only time I've used the DC power port is when I've used the double D external power pack that you can find with the Sony and the Sanyo Walkman models because I have one of each again. It's still battery power, yes.

    Thank´s Cassette2go, I have many external power pack Sony and Aiwa,
    The problems are the +/- position.

    Well if you have many then the ones at work shouldn't be any different. Working on the model that's driving an issue with so it should be the same. Therefore you should be able to figure out what is plus and what is minus if you have multiples devices that use as power adapters unless they're all different which I don't think they would do that. Although I have come across that with some Sanyos being manufactured on the DC Port only working plus the minus and then the other one working minus to plus
