So hey, I have this Aiwa HS-P02MkII Walkman type cassette player that I have recently resurrected. I was able to find a belt, which was great, but in the process of listening to a cassette, it was obvious the auto-reverse function was no longer working. Bummer. So I was curious if anyone had any experience with repairing such an issue. My guess is that there is part, probably made of plastic, that has seen better days. I understand that this unit shares the same internal mechanism as the HS-P07, HS-F07 and the HS-U07, so maybe that will provide other options. Thanks for any help.
