    strange indeed! normally you would sell in bulk to resellers, but then the price should be attractive enough to make a profit from resale :scratch2:

    But it is not over yet has another listing with tps-l2 and mdr 3l2 headphones ... It will be an old dealer
    Of course to be an object of 40 years now almost 41 ... I've seen too many lately. I would say at this point not to consider it so rare ..:confused:

    It's not rare by any account (except maybe the guys&dolls version) , it was the only Sony walkman to buy from July 1979 to Feb. 1981 when WM2 appeared and it was made in hundreds of thousands (somewhere I have the exact figure).
    It's just very desirable , a little because it was the first walkman and hugely because of that movie.:scratch2
