I'm Gabriel and I still listen to music on my faithful Panasonic SA CH11 that I bought myself with some money I earned over 3 when I was 11 years old. With the exception of the cassette players that need a belt job, it works like the first day with the help of a bluetooth AUX adapter. Being a nostalgic, I'm in the hunt for a white Sanyo JJ-F4. I deeply regret not keeping the one my dad had, with which I spent countless hours listening to The John Lennon Collection cassette in endless autoreverse. If anyone knows a good resource for finding such device, I'd love to know!
Welcome. A quick Google search showed one for sale in Europe https://es.wallapop.com/item/sanyo-radio-cassette-jj-f4-188679297 I'm not impressed by the condition or price though. Ebay has to be the best place to look for old equipment, maybe using a saved search. It took me three years to find the same model of Amerex Cassette Recorder I got for my 14th Birthday and sold four years later when I upgraded to a Sony stereo unit. Getting one again was like seeing an old friend even if it didn't work. Fixing it is on the "to do" list. You have just reminded me it is time to look again for a model of Kienzle clock that was something I looked at dozens of times a day while doing my homework at my parents. At least you know the model number of the Sanyo. Not having that makes things far more difficult.
Thanks, that one in particular did not come up on my Google search. I'll have to keep an eye on Wallapop directly. I concur that the shape is not great, and yes, I'll wait. Welcome Gabriel Dos Santos, I've got an earlier version of the Panasonic Mini Stereo and love it. It took me awhile to find some speakers for it, they do that cool bi-amping that some of the boomboxes also had. You might have better luck finding that Sanyo on European Ebay or Yahoo.jp Auctions, they tend to be pretty rare around here. Now a days shipping is a deal-killer but you may find a bargain. Here's an old thread with some of those cool units. http://www.stereo2go.com/topic/index.php?content_oid=332028387113740604&board_oid=193392314111653483
