The MDR-M55 is here and all I can say is WOW. :)
Hey All, how can you describe the SQ of the MDR-M55? I ordered one recently, but during the wait, I'm interested in opinions. I heard most of the...
Cool! It's basically your avatar picture, right?
Definitely! Especially that these fantastic guys even sound better than what are mostly sold today. :)
I completely agree, as I'm too a collector who uses everything. Some patina is all right - the main thing is to have a working earphone :)
No probs, it just fits for the 62, I hope the 51 will take it too.
Hey, I think any 40-45mm earpads will do. Just bought 40mm foams for my MDR-62, and they fit just perfectly. The 51 and the 62 has the same sized...
Sony MDR-M88, Aiwa HP-X10. Probably the best lightweight headband on ears ever from Aiwa/Sony (along with the MDR-62.) Do you agree? :) I'd like...
Sorry to hear, maybe you'll find a broken piece on ebay for parts.
The MDR-62 was the one to follow the MDR-51 and by that, it fixed the bass issue beautifully. I think the MDR-62 is among the 5 best earphones...
Update: I have the MDR-CD1700 now, which is not quite the CD3000 (the CD3000 is more sterile, while the CD1700 is darker by some opinions), but...
I think it is tech talk, although the best idea maybe is to download a manual for the 51. It is surely one of the most beautiful Sony lightweight...
Should be OK. The MDR-E262 is very good, this is the waterproof version of it. I guess the sound is different because of the different acoustics...
True. Which do you like more, the MDR-E252 or the MDR-E282?
Woooow nice pieces here ;) How do you find the 282 in comparison to the others?
Krayzie, nice to see you here! As it happens, I have a flawless 484 with case (courtesy of a really selfless fellow collector friend of mine) - do...
Thanks, both are very interesting! I'd be really interested about articles on AIWA buds from 1982 to 1992 and about series: HP-T5-T7-T10, X5, X8,...
If I could like this 10 times, I wanted to like it 11 times. Thanks a TON!
And it strenghtened my opinion and discoveries that the 484 diamond driver is in fact has the small golden ring. Cool!
Thanks A LOT, really appreciated! :thumbsup2::thumbsup2:
