    Hi,

I faced an interesting problem with my Aiwa HS-PX347. Basically I already replaced belt and capacitors (which started degrading and leaking).

But main issue left - door hinge broken unfortunately and while I think I have detail which got broken, I cannot understand how it goes back. And cannot find good pictures of exactly this hinge on the internet.

Issue is similar to this video, but if I try to set the detail back as shown there, pinch rollers are not properly aligned.

Hi-fi wiki has a nice quality pictures of this Aiwa, but right hinge is not visible unfortunately: https://hifi-wiki.com/index.php/Aiwa_HS-PX347

Attached photos of door mechanism, broken detail and right hinge. Thinner part of detail seems goes to the right, but only tip will be in the hinge and around couple of mm gap will be left, causing pinch roller misalignment.

So I'm wondering maybe someone who has this or similar Aiwa, could share picture of this door hinge?

I think I got it. So basically what I tried before - is to put this brass thing between door hinges, so plastic ring on it works like a separator or a washer between metal parts. And it didn’t work.

But lately I checked photos of some other similar Aiwas and I believe this brass thing should be put into the inner door hinge and plastic washer should be outside. This way all should be properly aligned.

Will try this in July when get back home and update this thread.
