Are there any good CD players with a AM Radio, and not just FM Radio?

I want to know because my brother has carelessly broken our old CD player with a AM/FM Radio. I want a new model, and not a model from decades ago that needs repair. I already have a personal CD player, but my dad wants a CD player with a AM/FM Radio to use in his shed. I want something that is as high quality as the CD player with a FM Radio in the picture below, but with a AM Radio too.

JVC put out tiny mini-systems called the UX Series. Some have a footprint barely larger than a CD case. I've got a few of these around, they make great work systems if you don't need something huge. Some of the early models are collectable but most can be found for pretty cheap.

Mister X I just looked up new CD players with a AM/FM radio built in, and was shocked to find nothing of acceptable quality. Then I looked up if AM Radio is being phased out in the US, and to my horror. It is. That explains it. In that case, I found a Panasonic system on Amazon that will work. I own a Panasonic DVD player that works well, so I trust them with my money.

I have this one but this is a current ebay listing shot. It does not have turntable IN so I had to get a preamp and go through the AUX. These are nice little units that still have some quality guts in them. Yea there's a big AM battle going on, one side says it's outdated, the other side says it would be needed for a major disaster but it's also the home to political talk radio which some would like to silence. I don't think either side has moved the needle yet.

Then why the heck is it so hard for me to find a proper compact stereo system with a AM Radio? The only options with a AM Radio that are left are the no name boomboxes. My dad already owns a no name boombox. I'm looking for a proper compact stereo system with a AM Radio. If there are none being produced anymore, then AM Radio is dead.
