Hi! I picked up two boomboxes (Aiwa CS-600U & Magnavox D8443) recently and figured that I should open an account and start looking for advice on how to restore them. I plan to completely recap both of them and get their cassette decks back in action, even though I will mainly be using their line-ins. So hello!

Thanks for the links. Yes, I've seen that the D8443 is famous for that gear failure. Good to have some options.
