Hello, i'm new to the group. I've recently bought myself a couple of old broken Walkman's, with the intention of getting them up and running again. So thought I would join up here and hopefully gain some more knowledge.

So far I have a Sony TPS-L2 and a WM-2. I'm hoping to add a few more to the collection soon, but thought it would be best to see if I can fix these two first. IMAG0075.jpg

    Hello Sideboard
Welcome aboard. What is wrong with your walkmans? is ita belt isue? Do you see the light turn on? or do you hear a motor noise when you push the play button?

    Thanks for the welcome.

I was hoping it was just the belts . I changed the belt in the WM-2 last night and it's spinning as it should now, but it's not producing any sound. So seems like it may have some other issues.
