Q. When is a Hong Kong Walkman not made in Hong Kong ? A. When it is a Sony made in Japan! I guess this was sold as a souvenir, maybe in Sony Centres in Hong Kong. It appears that the picture is back printed so it must have been made like this. The Walkman itself isn't very special but seeing it on eBay I decided it was worth bidding on and won it. p.s. Maybe the other special thing is the FM tuner frequency coverage of 76 to 108MHz ensuring it would work in most of the world.
