New member Tapetinkerer here, I always seem to have something that needs fixed a little and when I get stuck often ask for some advice, currently about to work on a DD30 and will be seeking advice in the tech talk section.

Just recently started listening to vinyl and record my records, mostly thrift shop finds onto minidisc.
I will be asking some questions about the best way to clean vinyl as I have seen some amazing methods people in record shops use.

Its great when all something needs to bring back to life is the lens cleaned or a solder joint reflowed, gives real satisfaction.

Welcome Tapetinkerer! It's a fun hobby especially if you like to mess around with cool equipment.

Personally I use a Vevor Ultrasonic Cleaner for record cleaning, a little under $200 USD it's been very, very nice for cleaning. I also use a Makita Cordless Handheld Blower, have a Zerostat Gun and use a brush on some really dirty or hairy album.
