Found the other day on a local auction site a listing with a pack of many walkmans for sale. Initially, it didn't catch my interest until I saw a NOKIA ! It was this model: https://www.nokiaprojectdream.com/walkman-nokia-stereo-cassette-player-9813/ Seem to be an interesting device, with Dolby B noise reduction, 120us/70us EQ, some bass boost called BBS and auto-reverse. Initially, the button layout seemed similar to the AIWA HS-P202, but looking inside the cassette compartment, the mechanism and reels look different. Scrolling through the above website, I found there was another one: https://www.nokiaprojectdream.com/walkman-nokia-ec-9815/ Button layout is similar, but this has an additional PLL AM/FM radio and a digital clock/alarm. Does anyone know more information about these ? I incline to believe they are re-branded, but who actually manufactured them I wonder...
There's a Nokia Boombox and ITT/Nokia Portable on our ebay right now, both look plasticy. I've never seen any of their cassette equipment before.
