Sony D-50 CD player suspension rubbers

    I have a Sony CFD-5 boombox which has a Sony D-50 CD player built in.

    I have taken it apart and found the suspension rubbers (round tyres with hole in the middle) have fallen apart.

    Can these be replaced ?

    Also what's the best way to lubricate the spindle motor as mine does not spin freely.
