I purchased this walkmen off ebay and when it arrived it worked ok. I used a coby cvr-22 to make my cassettes for it. Later on it started playing slow and now when it plays a cassette the music sounds pitched down. If anyone has any experience with this model and could help me out i would appreciate it. Just need some instructions on how to get it working right.
Open it up, relube and replace belts would be the best start. There is a motor speedadjust pot next to the motor to so you can adjust the speed. You will need to insert some plastic credit card strips in the sides to pop it open. I have a diagram somewhere I will dig out. As long as you open it carefully it's an easy one to work on.
