Meanwhile i have discovered, that there is a little difference between using only headphones and / or remote with headphones regarding the HOLD - function on my Panasonic WM - https://stereo2go.com/forums/threads/my-new-aquisition.11094/
When i plug in the 4-pin-3,5 mm - Jack of my Sennheiser - In-Ear-Headphones directly in the walkman the cassette begins to play immediately without pushing `Play`, and it doesn`t matter whether it`s activated the HOLD-function on Walkman or not.
This doesn`t happen, when the 4-pin-3,5 mm - Jack of the Panasonic Remote is plugged, then the HOLD-function works accurately. Both Jacks seems to have same configuration and measures

I suspect the Sennheiser remote control.

Additionally i can say, that there`s no other function of the Sennheisers Remote when plugged in.
And this only happens with the 4-pin-Jack, - when i use 3-pin-Jacks of other Headphones, the walkman works OK. And there also is no difference in behavior when you plug a 3-pin- or 4-pin-Jack in the Remote, - the HOLD-function of Panasonic Remote only works mechanically. It lockes the buttons without any electronic.
